Installation of the 3rd Water Treatment Module in the Hector Water Treatment Plant is being financed by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The DWSRF program is administered by Arkansas Natural Resources Commission with joint funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Arkansas. This project will affect the Tri County customers in northwest Pope County. The DWSRF programs operate around the country to provide states and communities the resources necessary to maintain and improve the infrastructure that protects our valuable water resources nationwide.
